Peace required the creation of a new brand identity and online presence to help the business position itself as a ‘customer-focussed, market leader’ and differentiate their offering to clients and candidates alike. The project aimed to help the business ‘go-to-market’ with further client, candidate and employee attraction - ultimately helping them achieve ambitious growth plans.
Feedback highlighted that the service offered by Peace consistently exceeded expectations and was superior to the competition, however, this wasn’t reflected with the current online presence. We proposed to work closely with the Managing Director, Chris Peace, to develop a brand identity and digital presence that matches the high expectations of Chris’ vision for the company.
The project included the design, development and implementation of a new bespoke and interactive website system to help them attract and engage clients, candidates and future employees within their specialist sectors.
The website included bespoke design and imagery with a modern and clean feel. It was also vital that potential clients and candidates would be directed to engage/convert quickly with call-to-actions throughout; user experience was key.
The website was built in a fashion that enables us to add relevant updates and on-going developments as the company expands.
Included in the project was two bespoke systems to the website. The first being a bespoke timesheet portal for contractors to log their hours and for clients to approve weekly timesheets. The portal systemises and automates the timesheet process.
The second system developed was a customer service feedback system. We developed a state of the art online platform that works on real-time information, making the feedback process simple, interactive and effective. This allows Peace to record feedback for their Consultant's performance on their customer service levels to both clients and candidates alike.
Various other bespoke technology was developed to help Peace stand out online and deliver a better experience to their customers. Taking into consideration the rise of mobile recruitment and the dominance of smart phones we worked with Chris to develop “JobCasts" – an audio-based job adverts system. This allows candidates to listen to audio job adverts while on the move and apply directly from their mobile device.
